SCHEDULING A CLEAN
- Proper notice to request a cleaning is no less than 72 hours.
- We may accept a last-minute request, but it is not guaranteed.
- Additional requests must be made no less than 24-48 hours before the scheduled cleaning and approved for guarantee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A proper cancellation notice is no less than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning starts.
- If cleaning is canceled on the same day it has been scheduled, the client will be billed for the full rate.
- If the cleaning cannot take place due to a reason such as no key, guests not leaving on time, the client scheduled cleaning on the wrong day, or no snow removal done on the property, the cleaning will automatically be canceled, and the client will be billed for the full rate.
RENTAL HOMES
PET FEE
- Vacation homeowner clients will be billed a fee of $15 per cleaning when a pet has stayed in the home. There may be additional fees for extra laundry due to pet hair.
Late checkouts
- The client will be charged a fee of $80 if guests depart late, which delays the housekeeping team.
- The cleaner will knock on the door and notify the guest about checkout time and that they need to get started cleaning right away.
- Please note that the house must be vacant for the cleaning team to enter and begin working in rental homes.
- The cleaning team will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes for the late guests to depart. If the guests don’t leave within 30 minutes, the cleaning will automatically be canceled, and the client will be billed for the full amount.
Laundry
- Please stock your laundry with soap since we do not provide it.
- On average, there are about 2-3 full loads of laundry per cleaning. We will charge an additional $20 per load if this amount is exceeded.
- Personal items like clothes are not washed by the cleaners, only towels and bedding.
- Please ensure the washer and dryer are empty of personal items before the cleaners arrive.
Payment
- The client will receive the invoice at the end of the week of the cleaning. Payment is due in full within one week of receiving the invoice. Every week that payment is late/unpaid, a penalty of $90 will be added to the bill.
If we fail to meet your expectations based on our cleaning checklist, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and provide pictures. And give us an opportunity to go back and correct the mistake.
